'Funk Town' looked toward the landscape in a beautiful yet booming part of NZ.  

Particularly at the speed of the current climate and how quickly houses were popping up to keep up with the demand.

One of the works; 'Landing' gives the sense houses have landed from another world, rather than being emulated to  the landscape surroundings.

The symbiotic relationship between landscape and housing was the basis for experimentation within this series.
